Every visit includes photos and a short written summary you can share with owners or a board. For multi-unit buildings we look at shared attics, crawlspaces and utility chases, because sealing one unit often isn't enough when animals can move between them.

We work with residential rentals, HOAs and common areas, small apartment buildings, offices, storefronts, churches, storage facilities, and rural properties with barns and outbuildings.
