Squirrel & Rock Squirrel Removal
Scratching in the attic in the early morning? Burrows along your foundation? We remove squirrels and seal the roofline and foundation so they stay out.
Tree squirrels get into attics through roof returns, gable vents and gaps at the fascia. Rock squirrels are common across Northern New Mexico, and they burrow under slabs, retaining walls and patios.
We install one-way doors on active entry points, seal every other opening along the roofline, and add foundation mesh where rock squirrels are digging. Squirrels chew, so we use metal and hardware cloth instead of foam.
Squirrels can have more than one litter a year, so timing matters. We check for young before the final seal.
