Humane Raccoon Exclusion for Attics, Chimneys & Crawlspaces

Raccoons are strong and persistent, and they can tear open roof vents, soffits and chimney flues. We get them out humanely with one-way doors and exclusion, then seal, repair and sanitize.

Raccoons are a protected furbearer in New Mexico, so our approach is humane exclusion only: we confirm whether there are young, install one-way doors so the raccoons leave on their own (or hand-remove young so they can be reunited with the mother outside), then seal every entry point so they can't return.

Raccoons often leave latrines (repeated toilet areas) and torn insulation behind. We remove contaminated material, sanitize, and arrange insulation replacement through our insulation partner when it's needed.

Finally, we install chimney caps, heavy-gauge vent guards and roofline repairs built to stand up to a determined raccoon.
