Sealing a home is a big step. A protection plan helps keep it sealed, with regular check-ups and quick fixes before small gaps become new problems.
New Mexico weather is hard on buildings. Sun, wind, freeze-thaw cycles and settling open new gaps over time, and other trades like roofers, HVAC techs and cable installers sometimes leave openings behind. A protection plan puts your home on a regular inspection schedule so we catch those changes early.
On a typical visit we walk the exterior from the foundation to the roofline, check the attic or crawlspace, look over the work we've already done, and handle minor reseals on the spot when we can. You get photos of anything we find.
Plans are designed for past exclusion customers, new homeowners, and anyone who wants peace of mind. Abel will walk you through plan options and what's included during your inspection. We don't publish pricing or plan terms online, so you get a recommendation that fits your home.

One-way doors, hand removal and humane exclusion, timed to protect young animals.

Chew-proof mesh, flashing and exterior-grade sealants on every opening that matters.

Clean & restore
Droppings and soiled insulation removed, then sanitizing, deodorizing and new insulation through our insulation partner.

A follow-up check, plus written warranty options and annual check-ups.
